The Top 6 Most Asked Questions from Our Fundraising Captains

A few weeks ago, we asked our Captains to fill out a quick survey on our fundraising program so we can continue to improve. We received so much great feedback that we thought we would share it all with you!  

Here are your top questions and comments: 

1. Do you have label samples that we can show to our families to promote the fundraiser?
   We heard you loud and clear on this one! We would be happy to provide you with a generic sheet of labels that you can use as a display sample. Reach out to our team at fundraising@mabelslabels.com and we’ll send one over. 
2. I wish you had printed materials that we could hand out to parents!
   You’re in luck! We provide free printed flyers to all our fundraisers – just send us an email to fundraising@mabelslabels.com and let us know how many you need. We’ll mail them out ASAP!  
3. If you wrote social media posts for us that would be helpful.
   Follow us on Twitter and Instagram and join our Facebook group! During every sale or promo, we post an image and prewritten caption that you can copy and share on your own accounts!  
4. I’d love to know about upcoming sales so I can share with friends and family!
   Promoting your campaign during sales is a great idea! We will always notify you of current sales or promotions via email, but you can also stay up to date by following us on Twitter and Instagram and joining our Facebook group!  
5. Do you have images I can post on social media?
   We have a whole library of images for you to use in our Fundraising Resource Hub! It’s a one-stop shop for all of the resources you need to spread the word about your fundraiser! 
6. Is there somewhere that I can view my campaign’s sales? 
   To see your commissions, you’ll need to login to your Captain’s Portal. This one is specifically for your fundraiser, and it allows you to:
