What’s the benefit of a clothing stamp over labels?
Both Tag Mates and our Clothing Stamp are both great products. Both are laundry-safe, and both will usually withstand the clothing they’re on. Some people like stamping clothing because it’s quicker and easier, while others prefer labels. Often, Kids with sensory issues with clothing will prefer the stamp.
Many people purchase a combo pack of labels and add on a stamp for any last-minute, on-the-go labeling or something without a care tag. Either way, you’re getting a great product!
Can I use my stamp directly on my child’s skin in case they get lost during an outing?
We don’t recommend using a stamp directly on your child’s skin. They won’t withstand sweat, sunscreen, and water and will come off or smudge. We have the perfect product for you, though – the Silicone ID Bracelet is designed precisely for this purpose!
Is the Custom Clothing Stamp washable?
It sure is! The Clothing Stamp lasts! We know how many loads of laundry parents do, and it’s endless; the good news is that your stamp will be with you through them all (yay?).
Can the Custom Clothing Stamp work on black t-shirts?
It's not ideal, but we have great Iron-Ons Labels to solve this problem!
