
For women who are used to working a 9 to 5 job, maternity leave can be a bit of a shock. Of course, it’s amazing to be home with your new baby, but the reality is that the experience can be very lonely and isolating. When I was a kid birthday parties were at one of three places: home, the bowling alley or McDonald’s play place. That’s it.

I’m no gourmet chef. I’ll be the first to admit that. But every once in awhile I make a meal that my hubby raves about for a couple of days. This Chicken Enchilada recipe is one of those meals.
