What's included in the Preschool Clothing Label Pack, and how many items will it label?
You get 82 labels in total: 70 small Tag Mates™ Stick-On Clothing Labels for clothing tags, and 12 Preschool Shoe Labels (6 pairs) that help little ones get their shoes on the right feet. That covers a full preschool wardrobe, from spare outfits and sweaters to jackets and special stuffies (can't lose those!), plus indoor shoes, outdoor shoes, and boots.
What's the difference between this pack and the Clothing Label Pack?
The clothing labels are the same in both: 70 small Tag Mates. The difference is the shoes. This pack includes Preschool Shoe Labels, the split-image designs that teach left from right, while the Clothing Label Pack includes our regular round Shoe Labels.
Choose this one if your child is still learning which shoe goes on which foot. Both packs include the smaller size Tag Mates; if you want the larger size, look at the Preschool Label Pack instead.
Why are my Tag Mates™ falling off in the laundry?
Our Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels are designed to stay put and virtually outlast clothing. They must be applied to a clothing care tag (i.e., the tag with the size and washing instructions), and are not guaranteed to stick when placed directly onto the clothing fabric. After applying Tag Mates to the care tag, we recommend waiting 24 hours before laundering. Wondering how to label tagless clothing? We recommend our Iron-On Clothing Labels or our Custom Clothing Stamp.
What's the difference between Tag Mates Stick on Clothing Labels and Iron-On Clothing Labels?
If most of your garments have a care tag, you will appreciate how easy our Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels are to use. They peel and stick directly to the clothing care tag and require no ironing or sewing. Please note that they are not guaranteed when used directly on fabric. For items that do not have care tags, we recommend our Iron-On Clothing Labels, which are designed to adhere directly to almost any iron-safe fabric.
Will the Preschool Shoe Labels only stick to insoles? What if I want to apply them to a shoe's exterior?
While these labels are designed to fit perfectly in the insoles of shoes, some people choose to apply them to the outside of taller footwear, like rain boots. Be sure to only apply them to clean, dry surfaces.
Will the left – right Shoe Labels stay on through sweaty activities?
Absolutely! Our Preschool Shoe Labels are super durable and waterproof and are guaranteed to stay stuck to your little one's insoles, no matter how sweaty they get!
