Not the same as it used to be.

"There was a font size problem, and as a result the name on the sticker is significantly smaller than other stickers in the same order. Ordered many times, and this is the first time with this issue. Sent an email and attached pictures, i was not impressed with the response, instead of just issuing a new sticker to replace the specific one, they asked to go and mail it back. Unfortunately I do not have the time to spend in the post office lines for a mistake I didn’t do. I am not a person who complains for nothing, if I sent an email, that means it is not a minor issue."

Not practical

"I let my daughter choose her own labels for her items that were required for a private school. They were legible online but when we received them her name font was so small and the contrast so low that her name is hardly visible! I don’t see how anyone who handled these from print to packaging couldn’t see that the tags completely defeat their sole purpose of identification!"

I don’t need so many shoes labels, can they be used on other stuff?

Yes! The shoes labels are round labels that fit into the insole of the shoe – but they can also be used for school supplies, books or water bottles (often middle-schoolers are too cool for labels, but a subtle round label under their bottle works perfectly).

Can I use the Tag Mates clothing labels on other items?

Yes! Our Tag Mates are one of the most versatile types of labels we offer. The same thing that makes them waterproof through the washing machine also makes them waterproof through the dishwasher as long as it’s stuck to a smooth, flat surface! This makes it possible to use your Tag Mates on such things as bottles, phones, chargers and school supplies too!


Can I get labels in one color?

This label pack includes no icons, some very simple designs, and a monochrome black-and-white single-color option.


Will the Tag Mates included in the label pack fall off in the laundry?

No, our Tag Mates Stick-On Clothing Labels are laundry-safe (yep, washer and dryer!) Just make sure that you’re applying them to a clothing care tag (i.e., the tag with the size and washing instructions). They are not guaranteed to stick when placed directly onto the clothing fabric. After applying Tag Mates to the care tag, we recommend waiting 24 hours before laundering.
